Playing SAFE SEX is necessary for physical, mental, social and spiritual health of an individual and society both.

 

SAFE SEX practice is essential for the following benefits:

 

  1. Prevention of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)
  2. Prvention of unwanted Pregnancy
  3. Prevention of social sexual hatred
  4. Prevention of post sex guilt and mental stress
  5. Helps in maintaining a sound mental health
  6. Helps young generation to learn about safe sex pleasure.

 

SAFE SEX is any sexual activity that does not involve penetration or exchange of body fluids and therefore is considered RISK FREE.

 

The best protection is to choose sexual activities that do not allow SEMEN, VAGINAL FLUID or BLOOD to enter vagina,male urethral opening, mouth or anal opening or even skin where it has an open cut or sore.

 

These fluids can carry disease causing mico-organisms in form of bacteria or virus which may infect you causing variety of diseases. One among the STD is dreaded and almost fatal HIV

(Human Immuno-deficiency Virus) which is a viral disease leading to AIDS.

 

Millions of people fall to sexual temptation and contact with diseases. Remember, Prevention is always better than cure. Safe sex can be practiced by following 4 factors:

 

  1. Educational Awareness
  2. Social Behaviour
  3. Personal Behavior
  4. Chemotherapeutics (Use of Pharmaceutical antibiotics under guidance of a doctor )

 

For SAFE SEX and STD prevention one must:

 

  1. Use condom during intercourse
  2. Abstinence
  3. Establishment of monogamous relationship with an uninfected sexual partner

  4. Reducing the number of sexual partners.
  5. Avoiding sex when you have open sores or any sexually transmitted disease (STD)
  6. Avoiding sex with partners who have open sores or STDs

  Behavior in sex favoring Multiplicity has led to spread of STD by many folds.

 

 

Unprotected Sex:


Unprotected Sex is the basic reason of spread of STDs is sex partners.  For STDs also, prevention is always better then cures.

So if you want to be safe:

  1. Be careful with your choice of Partner.
  2. Avoid anything intimate until you are ready to commit yourself to him or her.
  3. Use Barriers, if possible along with spermicidal and use them all the time.
